An Imperial Agents Audiobook

Zealous and uncompromising, Inquisitor Torquemada Coteaz is the scourge of cultist and daemon alike, striking fear into the hearts of the Emperor’s foes. As lord inquisitor and High Protector of the Formosa Sector, he wields terrible power, able to purge entire systems of the taint of Chaos and heresy, with a legion of agents and interrogators at his disposal.

LISTEN TO IT BECAUSE

What happens when the long decades of horror start to take their toll? Find out whether the legendary Inquisitor Coteaz can continue to spread the God-Emperor’s judgement as his body reaches the limits of its endurance.

THE STORY

When sinister tidings from a forgotten corner of the Formosa Sector hint at spectres from his past, Inquisitor Coteaz must face a terrible choice – abandon his throne to those who covet it or cling to power by shattering the very bounds of mortality. All the while, other forces are at work in the darkness, and should Coteaz succumb to their alluring power, billions will fall with him.

Inquisitor Lord Coteaz, High Protector of the Formosa Sector, has long been one of my favorite models (the original) and characters in the realm of 40k. This book just reaffirmed that feeling. Excellent story following one of the most impressive Inquisitors.

I love the story behind the characters, and the twist and turns. Never turn your back on the God Emperor. Highly recommend has a little bit of everything minus Space Marines.

great book

It does what the best Inquisitor books do which is show that the Imperium's horrific system is the reason Chaos is so pervasive. The Inquisition wouldn't have to exist in a system that actually cares for its people, the abuse of the mining population is the gateway to chaos and the final solution is not delivered by the Inquisition or the belief in the God Emperor, it's the belief in being a good person. To be a human in the imperium is to be stuck between Tyrants and madmen.

Grimdark done right!

That was a great story! Awesome characters, perfect pacing, just amazing, easily my favorite by Mr. Hinks thus far.

The narrator did one bang up job! Wow! Great voice and great voice acting with the different characters.

Overall, this is a truly great story, especially if a fan of the Inquisition. Coteaz has shot up my list of favorite Inquisitors, he’s a genius that happily gets his hands dirty… Yet, is human, does make mistakes. I really appreciated that.

Excellent!

I couldn’t keep any attention to it. I thought it was pretty boring. Voice acting was good but I dunno just didn’t grab my attention
