Adored this

Excellent narration and such a compelling story! I loved the overlap with book 1, and getting to see more of JJ. The miscommunication/lack of communication between him and Raquel drove me a bit nuts at times, but they were so good together. I was really hoping for another two books here - Hunter and Hanne - but can’t find any info on the author or next installments. Hoping against hope for more from this amazing False Kings crew 🩷 Open door, 🌶️🌶️.

The False Kings

Absolutely love this story. I listened to both hooks in the series and I wish she would have continued them with Hannah and Hunter. Truly a story about not giving up, being true to who you are, knowing when you found your person and the reality of life's ups and downs. Also to really live life. Ugh I didn't want the series to end.

Unnecessarily long

This was a good story. However, unlike Chase and Brookes story, it felt like the majority of the story was JJ and Raquel over telling their feelings. It was a constant back and forth of who’s going to break first. Which usually I don’t mind, the suspense, but nothing happened in the middle of the story. There was nothing to break up the drama between the two. It was unnecessarily long to get to the HEA. I needed some meat in the middle that made the story less boring. I just had to speed up the audio to get through the middle.

Loved it apart from when she pronounced “Reeces pieces”… hard cringe. Great narration apart from that
