As the hottest bodyguard on Security Force Omega, Oscar Oliveira has no trouble finding a warm body at any odd hour. But he's ready for more.

And for the first time in this ex-pro boxer's life, he just got rejected. For a kiss.

Oscar's friends warned him not to fall for the straight guy, but flirty, sexy-as-hell Jack Highland made that difficult. Now Jack has Oscar's sweatshirt. His belt. His bandana. And Oscar seriously wants them back.

As for Jack - well, Jack wants a lot of things.

But for the first time in this confident filmmaker's life, he's absolutely 100 percent...confused. Add another ultra-complication in a sea of complicated: Enter Charlie Cobalt.

The enigmatic famous one who Oscar is sworn to protect wants his own show, and he's asked Jack to film it. A Charlie-centric docuseries will force Oscar and Jack to share the same air again.

Option one: Ignore each other.

Option two: Flirt, aw yeah. And act like the rejection never happened.

Option three: Confront each other about the rejected kiss.

With options on the table and their romantic lives unsettled, both Jack and Oscar are concerned about why Charlie wants his own show. And the longer filming lasts, the more tumultuous their personal and professional worlds become.

Chaos reigns when you're around the Cobalts, and Jack and Oscar are swept up among the most destructive one.

You couldn't have chosen better narrators! their voices fit perfectly! I love them both and they made it much more meaningful to listen to!
The story itself goes without saying! it's a definite ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Better than I was hoping!

Jack Highland and Oscar Oliveira 🔥🔥🔥! Oscar is Charlie's Omega bodyguard. Jack Highland is one of the producers on WAC. Oscar slowly started to get a school boy crush on the straight Jack, or so he thought. Jack had never had feelings for anyone other then women in the past. Jack and Oscar had instant connection. This is a steamy MM bodyguard romance. Brian Pallino and Teddy Hamilton did a fantastic job narrating.

The narrators for CLU were spot-on for Oscar and Jack. Perfect timing, candor, and voice acting were superb!

I don't even know where to begin. Krista and Becca killed it with Charming Like Us! It was such a different dynamic in the Like Us series with neither hero being part of the "famous families" but we still got so much info and so many great cameos, nothing was missed!

Oscar and Jack were simply dynamic. Their easy relationship was delightful to read, really. Their jet-setting lifestyle thanks to Charlie gave a bit of suspense to the story which I really enjoyed. Their banter was truly off the charts, and a look into their families was just the icing on the cake.

While I did give this read 5 stars, I know the audio (when it releases) will be even better! Krista and Becca always have A+ voice talent and Charming Like Us will hit it out of the park on audio as well!

Pallino and Hamilton's performances were stellar!

I absolutely love this series and the one before it. honestly I don't think I have gotten a book from this author in which I wasn't completely enthralled and invested.

I must say that most series romance books I typically have one major relationship that I become stuck on. With this series I love all of the characters. I could not care who's story is next just as long as there will be another story.

I'm not surprised

All of it was incredible, from the storyline to the narrators. Couldn’t put it down. Solid 5 stars.

I really like this series and their audiobooks ( the first ones with Farrow and Maximoff are 👌🏼) but for this audiobook in particular I would recommend to read the book first. Oscar’s narrator was a Huge disappointment, he was so flat, that at times turn in to background chatter, this book has some of the best jokes and they were just meh only because of performance, he made Oscar sound boring, and Oscar is NOT boring. Jack is perfect I have listened to books from him and somewhat saves this.

Disappointed with Oscar’s narrator

First things first, let’s talk about the narration, Perfection!!!!
I loved it so much and both narrators were distinct and perfect for their characters which is very important for me in an MM story.

Now, to review the book:

I was a little worried and very excited for this book. This is the first book where the famous families are not the main characters. I was very excited to see how that dynamic would work. I loved it so much!!!

The families are still very much featured in this book, Jack is part of production and Oscar is a bodyguard, they are surrounded by at least one member of the family constantly. I loved watching their relationship develop while also getting more of an inside look into Charlie Cobalt.

Throughout this book Jack is discovering and navigating his feelings and his sexuality and I loved going on that journey with him.

Jack and Oscar also bond over having brothers that are 10 years younger than them and I loved those and related to those so much cause I also have a brother that’s 10 years younger than me. Those relationships felt really close to my heart.

I really hope we get to see more of these two, but I’m definitely ready for Akara, Banks and Sully!!!

Love!!

Oscar's character has been slowly developing as the Like Us series has progressed. He stands out as a character who needed his own book because he has the skills needed to keep up with the most challenging Famous One to guard, Charlie.

I appreciate the way the authors incorporated the dynamic between Oscar and Charlie into the story. I enjoyed getting to know Charlie as much as I enjoyed reading about Oscar and Jack's developing relationship. This entire series is about unconventional relationships, and I particularly appreciated this one. Krista and Becca Ritchie do a wonderful job of exploring a side of sexuality that isn't written about very often.

This was an entertaining read and pleasant to listen to. The narrators voices didn't match my expectations for the characters, but their performances were great and I found myself enjoying their voices as the story progressed.

Looking forward to finishing the rest of this series.

Good story. Good narration.
