A good read

The story was very effective in conveying the concepts and practice. Good, practical approaches with advice about how to switch lanes when needed.

Important content for all. Questions are key!

There is much in this book to help many if not all of us bring our ability to understand and function in a myriad of surroundings to a much higher level. I wish all the members of all the teams I've worked with over the years had been familiar with this material, and applied it regularly. We could have achieved much more powerful results. I will apply and share this with others.

Very practical information that you can use anywhe

This book is written in a story format so you really can relate to the characters as they learn the very practical principles discussed in this book.
Learning to ask questions rather than seeking answers can be applied in all areas of your life. I recommend this book to any adults and young adults especially those in leadership roles.

Shifting from judger to learner mindset represents a worthwhile challenge that could add momentum in any organization.

Good content between self glorification

The first ten minutes and last ten minutes are just the authors self glorification. If you can get past that the content is pretty good. And is delivered in a unique style.

Could be used as a bible for guaranteed success in communication effectiveness and a pathway to peace.

Easy enough actions to change one’s own life. Love the story too which helped me to understand the theory better through the scenarios of different characters

Most people jump to conclusions before knowing all the facts. Applied to leadership, it can deprive an organization from accomplishing its best results. The book provides a methodology to opening new doors by asking the right questions. Also, this book helps you personally by changing some fixed perspectives that are most likely the reason why sometimes you feel stuck. Listening to the audiobook is an smart investment of your time.

Most meaningful and relevant book I have ever read ! Changes my mindset and makes me pause before responding to many situations i run into on a daily basis ! Still very young at this but plan on implementing this in my team ASAP!
