Strong woman

Loved the strength of the female, she was afraid but still not afraid enough not to kick some butt!!

Amazing story!

Wow! What a beautiful story, Eva Winners did it again. This was the first time I’ve heard these narrators and absolutely loved them. Again there was the perfect amount of plot, spice, romance and character development. Will definitely be a repeat listen!

Hard Listen

This is the third book/first series I've read/listened to by Eva Winners. It was a great continuation that was difficult to listen to at times. But I love how different the storylines are and how easy the characters are to like! I was completely immersed into the audiobook. I think this one is my favorite so far.

Karl Michaels and Penelope Ann Rose are excellent narrators. Love their voices. They brought the audiobook to life with emotional performances. Well Done!

Very good, but….

Three books into the series it becomes clear that Winners is going to inject lengthy, repetitive bouts of inner dialogue into every scene. Not only does she “bookend” each scene w/ the MC thoughts, but there’ll be a minute or more string of inner dialogue between each comment in a conversation and each step in an action scene.

The story itself is very good, but when what a character is thinking interrupts the flow to this degree - especially if it’s redundant dialogue - it can become frustrating.
