Such a good read

Im not an avid reader, nor am I a very spiritual person to begin with, so when I bought this audiobook I was surprised. Its not too heavy to listen to, and I have at least read it twice. It gives you the basics of buddhism which is a very interesting religion. As I said before, Im not an avid reader but this book was pretty good. Would recommend it to anyone looking to listen to something in the car or to relax, as it is very relaxing and still gets you in the flow!

If you are looking for a book about Buddhism that isn't too complicated for a beginner, this is the one. The book is clear and concise while also being quite inspiring! The narration also keeps it very interesting.

Good introduction to Buddhism

Simple and easy to listen to guide to understanding the basics of buddhism and what it is all about. Comprehensive and well written, for somoene who doesnt know too much about buddhism, and for somoene looking for a fresh outlook on it, i would highly recommend!

Nice introduction to Buddhism

I'm new to Buddhism, I started meditating a few weeks ago and wanted to learn more about Buddhism as everyone always talks about Buddhism when talking about meditation. I really enjoyed this audiobook, it's simple and gets to the point, so I learned a lot. Great narration too!

Finished this audiobook in the car over the weekend. It's a great beginners guide to Buddhism. Better than I expected. It explained the origins of Buddhism in a clear way. Will definitely look more into Buddhism. Great narration too.
