Coffee does it again!

This is a nice sales pitch for the coffee-related plant kratom. However, since we've all heard these grandiose claims before, I'm deeply dubious of this being the panacea it claims to be. Even without being a god-plant though, it sounds like there are some real and potentially remarkable possibilities for this plant. I look forward to seeing it play out over time and, if taken with a grain of salt, this book is a nice introduction to kratom's possible benefits.

Quite informative!

For someone who has never heard of kratom, this book is very informative. It gave me all the information and details I was wondering about. It starts out with exactly what it is, where it comes from, what different types are out there and what each strain is reportedly good for. Dosage, side effects and medical concerns, long term usage, legality and the results of studies were also addressed. I'm sure kratom will become much more well known in the near future. It will be interesting to watch where it goes from here. I was voluntarily provided this review copy audiobook at no charge by the author, publisher and/or narrator.

Interesting topic I wasn't aware of

Having never heard of Kratom, I was intrigued to listen about a seemingly super plant. While I am sure this isn't a plant that fixes all ailments and is basically the second coming of Christ, it is something that sounded intriguing. The book breaks down what it is, where it is located and used for current and possible things it can do for people. Obviously, there have been tons of other plants/drugs that make these claims, but I still found it somewhat interesting to learn about this one. It is a quick listen and well narrated and good for anyone looking to get a brief overview of the plant. Time will tell if this plant is otherworldly in its ability to help us humans, but the book was an educational little listen.

Great book! Highly recommend it!

I have been on the look out for a good, informative book about Kratom that sums just about everything up, and this was perfect! Recommend it to anyone looking for a good source of information about Kratom! Includes answers to any question you would have about Kratom.

Interesting and Informative Audiobook

Kratom: The Super Plant was an informative listen. I had never heard of this before. While it isn't illegal for the most part, I'd be leary of taking this until further research was done although where this tree is grown, it may be quite natural to use. If kratom has been made safe with no additives and easy to purchase at the pharmacy I might try it. The only downside is I think you have to order it and no telling who is making it. It sounds as if it cures a lot of ailments so I hope it's looked into further.

This book was a good, quick, and helpful listen. I don't think it's suggesting we all run out and purchase kratom, rather it is letting people know that it exists and may well be another natural alternative to be used rather than more expensive treatments.

Steven Knudsen's voice was perfect for this audiobook. He was clear and narrated in an informative way as to fit the content.
