Setting Boundaries
“Saying yes to yourself first is not selfish. My needs are just as important as the needs of others…”Ok to say no without worrying about judgement. Sounds simple but it’s not what I do. Really required a fundamental shift in my thinking and daily reinforcement to be become ingrained. Really loved this book as a compliment to book 1.

Freedom Giving
Joseph is starting to become my new favorite author. As a Gen X woman that grew up being programmed to think a certain way Joseph "gives me permission" to not suffer and I feel inspired to live my best life. I wish this book was a little longer.
