This man is perfection!!

I give this book & whole series a 4.75 stars only because I want to know more!! Bones is the epitome of the perfect man in my eyes! I need to know about him & Mia's wedding, April & Grave's same for Luca & Haven's baby. Like I need more 😉 Great story I love me strong dominant man yet soft and that is Bones 🥰 I love how raw & honest he is with Mia when she asks him questions vs sugar coating or lying. Now I have no idea what to read.......

My favorite king!

This is a reread for me, so I already had an idea of what bones would be like and I also just listened to Titan and I personally do feel like the narrators for the two should have been swapped so it took me a while to adjust to this narrator and it’s not that he didn’t do a good job. He just didn’t sound like bones to me so that was a challenge to wrap my head around. I felt that way about Mia at first, but her voice definitely grew on me way quicker. Regardless I love the story. The narrators did well that’s just my personal opinion on the swap. I swear if we do not get a book about Jasmine and big daddy D at some point I’m gonna lose it.

Ugh this series had me in a CHOKEHOLD!! Having to wait to find out bones story til the last book was so freaking worth it!! 10/10 love this series

Griping Story with Fantastic Narration

Shantel Tessier at her very best. Absolutely loved the duet performance of the narrators. Bravo!

My favorite of the series!

This book actually contained a good plot, a little suspense, and the spice was 🌶️🌶️🌶️. I agree with some that this narrator probably would have been better for Titan, but I still think he did a really good job, as did the female narrator. I loved both characters. Still wish it had been a little longer though. But definitely worth listening to.

The plot was great! Another great book. I hope there are more to follow! Listened to four in a week and a half.

Perfect Amount of Dark and Sweet

This is a fake relationship/forced proximity suspense dark romance. This book can be read standalone but better read as part of the series.

I love that the narration is duet and the characters read their characters throughout the whole book, instead of specific chapters as duel narration is. Tor Thom has a great voice. His deep tone is perfect for a MMC.

This book is better than I expected. I have read the previous Dark kingdom books years ago but put off Bones since I was concerned he would end up an awkward third wheel or side piece to Emilee and Titan. There were only a few awkward parts, but I loved Grave Bones’s brother telling it like it is. I understood where Mia was coming from, but found her a bit frustrating at times.

This book had the perfect amount of dark for me which I would describe as dark grey or light black. After reading this book I seen Luca and Nite in a different light. The book leaves some loose ends like what happens to the rest of Luca’s brother’s. I really hope one day Shantel can write more mafia books with Nite and possibly Jasmine. Jasmine is also a great character.

It was nice to see Bones soften up and find love. I don’t think I would ever tire of visiting Las Vegas and the Dark Kingdom world, so I am a bit sad I read them all. I don’t read dark romance often, but The Dark Kingdom series is one of my favorites.

Great story bad male reading

I devour all the books this author writes but the male reading ruined it for me. He sounded like he was out of breath all the time that it becomes quite annoying.

I feel like bones is the misunderstood older sibling who is lowkey a big teddy bear at heart. Him and cross are my fav kings🥰
