great suspense

this series is now my favorite. the author is funny, creative and had me fooled till the end. moving on to book 4

Great Story Surprise Ending

I really enjoyed this series only missing the second one, Which I will remedy today. The reader is excellent and engaging. Never a dull moment while listening to the story and happily a surprise ending only wish there were more

He just gets better

I can see the author’s growth as the series continues. He gets better with each book. I like each one more than the one before. I look forward to the next in the series.

Great book

As a retired CPS Supervisor, I worked closely with lawyers, courts, victims & LEA. The gallows humor is spot on & makes me smile. Did not see the ending on this one. Well played.

A little slow at first, but WOW!

I felt this started a little slow, but I was addicted half way through. I liked the legal arguments, the dialogue and the story. A great read!

Does this author have an Editor?

I'm on my 5 book in this series abd the storylines are excellent better than Grisham in a lot of respects but..every 3 word could be cut abd the story much better Crazy silly details, he said, she said, I said It's nuts 1st 3 books were free so this time o bought one Aw!!!! Same issues The Narrator is wonderful and I predict will be as good as Guidal in the future

I love listening to this narrator.. the books are fun and interesting .. they always hold my interest .. and I like the core characters

New author for me

I honestly bought this for the price firstly, but genre was my cup Of tea. Really Enjoyed. Not So difficult of Plot but Maintained my interest to the end.

Loved the third book! More exciting and more unexpected twists than the first two books!
