As good as Grisham

Great legal mystery/thriller. Don’t pass this up! From beginning to end a great listen. I hope Joey writes another.

Great debut; reminded me of good Grisham.

I really enjoyed this. At the beginning it reminded me of old Grisham (Rain Maker…) and was well thought out and had me binge listening.
I wish the follow-ups were available in my region on Audible 😖

This was my first time ‘reading’ this author and I’m glad I did! This is a great book with plenty of twists and turns! Enjoy

Good Job

I liked it. What else has he written? Some sweet, yet logical twists. Not the usual new age garbage.

Enjoyed this story overall

The author choosing to refer to one character by their nickname over and over and over done me crazy and took me out of the story at times. This was not a huge character and instead of just using her name, the repetition of the nickname was really unnecessary, especially when it was done in one section or over a few paragraphs. I did really enjoy this book, that one thing was just a distraction to me
