The title is actually an inversion: happiness is the enemy to society and the controllers. He even goes so far to say when you are around these people to be miserable in their company and I really understand this. I have been extremely happy and targeted for it and Osho advice was to be happy but rebellious. The idea is they will tear you to pieces, and carrying around the stuff society forces upon you will make you unhappy with all the needless comparisons and the need to fit in and be like everyone else. This will certainly create Neuroses. Osho advice was to reject what has been placed upon you and be careful who you are happy around to maintain your equilibrium and not be targeted. If people are miserable and pulling long faces: pull an even longer face and laugh about it afterwards. The whole goal is maintaining your own happiness and not trying to compare or fit in. in the 45 minutes this lasted I learned quite a bit and highly recommend it.

This was an outstanding short talk explaining how to be happy.
