According to Osho striving for perfection is the root cause of all neurosis. We try to be perfect, we want our partner and our children to be perfect our pets and our projects all to be perfect and in so doing we create life-long inner tension. Here Osho explains a natural way of being, a way of being in tune with nature’s imperfection.©1978 OSHO International Foundation (P)2015 OSHO International Foundation Desarrollo Personal Exito Profesional Motivación y Superación Personal Éxito Personal

This was all about how humanity is imperfect and that is okay. Osho mentioned that all of nature is perfect and that humans are born imperfect. Our imperfections have made us have to use our minds more and this is one of humanities greatest strengths. He then talks about love and hate: he mentions how hate and anger are to be suppressed and Osho disagrees with this. If a man is angry he believes in allowing yourself to feel the anger, and if you are sorrowful to be totally sorrowful. He said that relationships that allow for anger or hate are stronger than relationships that don't. I agree with this but want to mention a caveat: self expression is important but people with anger problems don't need any encouragement to be more self expressive of their anger. I know this isn't what Osho means: he is about the totality of expression and people being allowed to express negative emotions which I completely agree with. This message could be misinterpreted to mean that anger or hate is good in a relationship when he is expressing the polarity of feeling. He is saying a man that cannot feel anger cannot feel happy either. That these are two opposite poles of expression and you need to have one to have the other. It's a decent Osho talk but careful with applying it improperly.

Polarities of hate and love are defined. Osho shows how they are connected in this talk.
