Everyone wants a follower or a saviour. Osho makes it clear in this talk that if a person walked on water it would be their own beliefs that make that possible. It's their own faith and has nothing to do with an external God. This is important because Osho was sometimes put on a pedestal but he makes it perfectly clear that everyone has a Buddha mind. How much dust is on your mirror, how much dirt is blocking your lanterns' light? The concept in this Osho talk is simple: you don't need a hero or a saviour. Feelings are the individuals responsibility, and so are the thoughts. Take responsibility and stop looking for someone else to save you. You can't have someone else meditate for you, or do Samadhi for you, you cant achieve Nirvana through another: it all comes down to your own efforts.

This was all about taking personal responsibility for spiritual growth.
