Loved the content, lets get wealthy
I found this book to be very eye-opening on what it takes to own an air-bnb beach house investment property. The author took care to cover pretty much everything that you need to know to be successful. I especially liked the chapter with the 6 steps to finding a perfect property--I'm in the market right now and it was greatly helpful. I also liked all the tips and tricks to become a super host and basically set up the rental to run passively! Listen to this if you're in the market and want to retire early and wealthy!
