My husband and I have been discussing getting into the vacation rental property business for several years now, so this book was a great find. But it never crossed my mind that I could make rental income without actually owning a property (you too?? Then get the book! 😆). That itself has drastically expanded my views as to the possibilities available to make rental income. Other than more traditional routes, which are of course also discussed. Then, the book dives deep into what makes a super host vs. an unsuccessful host, what best practices to implement, and success stories of folks earning 6 figures from their rental businesses. Good stuff!

This book is the perfect resource for anyone wanting to get into the Airbnb business, whether they own a house or are looking to rent one for the purpose. If you're starting from scratch, this is the ideal introduction. I particularly appreciated how thorough the chapter on "mapping out your plan of action" was - it seemed like the author had considered every small detail. Highly recommended audiobook!

Great resource to get started with this business

I find a lot of value in this book! It has a wealth of great information that you will absolutely need to know before starting your Airbnb business. This has kept me busy lately and got me thinking carefully since I’ve been interested but didn’t really know where to start. The chapter on property hunting was especially eye-opening and serves as a great guide so I don't get ahead of myself on purchasing something that wasn't ideal after all. The narration was well done that gives the listener a clear presentation that's simple to follow along! Great job by the author! Highly recommended!

Loved the vital information from this book. The author provides a detailed yet concise summary of the shot term rental business from personal experience. Inspirtional and educational. Which many authors claim to be experts without personal experience, this book is great because the author has vast experience.
