Outstanding in every way!!
From the writing by the Author to the reading by the narrators, this book is outstanding! Absolutely flawless. I was lost in the story!! I felt not only like I was actually there watching all that happened but recognized my sinfulness in the greed, jealousy and selfishness of some of the characters. Its so easy to look back and say "I would never have..." But this book makes it clear that we are all sinful and in need of a loving God and more than that, to seek and obey Him!! Listen to this book and enjoy all it has to teach you about yourself. I feel as if I personally met Bathsheba. Kudos to the author.

Wonderful!!!
I truly enjoyed this telling of the life of Bathsheba. From a young vibrant lady, a young wife, a king’s wife, a mother and so very much more.

Decent story
I really appreciated the approach to the initial situation, and the open discussion of David’s flaws. There were some plot holes later in the story, and quite a few places where the pacing was off, but overall a decent read. The narrators were calm but engaging.

I love Angela Hunts books
The very talented readers draw you in like you are there and living the words. This story of Bathsheba makes me wonder what the truth of her live was really was. I hope it ended happy.

Excellent read. Very enjoyable in depth novel depicting the story of Bathsheba, the beloved queen of King David.
Angela Hunt has done it again with her talented skill in her added dramatized writing about characters of the the men and women of the Bible, during the time of the rule of kings, while keeping it real with its truths.
