You will love this book!!! The time flew by listening to it. It was so informative that I not only learn the lessons they were trying to teach but they gave out so many names of other people that I am now going to search for their books as well.

My tips doubled using this. The caring was already real though. I was told by a Friend, "you care." He felt it was my competitive edge. I believe this type of caring, causes a person who cares, to care even more. I have anniversaries, birthdays etc in a file. Referrers get special cards and a gourmet brownie pack etc....
