Acerca de esta escucha
Learning to control that anger could very well save your kid’s life. Here’s what you need to know....
According to statistics, 73 percent of parents say parenting is the biggest struggle in their life. On top of that, in order to cope with these stressors, 90 percent of parents claim to yell at their kids.
But what effect does this actually have on your little ones? Is it even an effective strategy?
In Am I Yelling?, you’ll discover:
- The psychology of anger and why yelling is not the most productive outlet
- What to do when your child is the angry one, and why remaining calm is imperative
- How to learn your child’s language so that you can understand and anticipate their actions
- A step-by-step guide to developing your own emotional intelligence and why this could save your child’s life
- Groundbreaking insight into how you can manage your anger, even if you haven’t succeeded with this in the past
- What you can do to fix an instance of yelling and why this is important for your child’s development
- And so much more.
Parenting is hard enough without always having to second-guess if you’re doing the right thing. Yelling has it’s time and place and can be effective in certain instances, but sometimes expressing your frustration this way simply does more harm than good.
Spending just minutes a day, you can train your mind to use these strategies and control your anger to communicate more effectively with your child, as well as help them to grow into the best possible version of themselves.
If you’re ready to control those random outbursts and stop feeling like you’re treating your children too harshly, then scroll up and click the “buy” button right now.

Most people don't realize how much unresolved emotional pain they carry around. They don't know why they always feel depressed, anxious, victimized, or disappointed. They wonder why they keep making the same self-sabotaging impulsive decisions. As a parent, you’ve probably felt guilty each time you yelled at your kids--but what can you do when raised voices and sharp tones seem to be the only thing working to keep them in line? Well, perhaps the problem doesn’t lie in your kids. Maybe it goes much deeper than that.

While there are no bad kids, more often than not, there are also no bad parents. Where parents tend to go wrong lies in their discipline methods. Poor behavior from kids can drive any parent crazy, but reacting based on emotions can be the worst foundation for discipline. So why not try a different approach?

After listening to just the first week, she keeps telling me about how she's gained greater understanding for the source of her emotions, and how this audiobook helped her gain insight into the reasoning for her issues. It clearly explains functional methods for gaining control over your emotions, and how to contain them so they don't negatively affect your parenting. The author is experienced on the subject, and the narrator is even toned and easy to understand. Would definitely recommend!

I also learned that our brains don't fully develop until we turn 20 which was a piece of new knowledge to me. Lastly, parents should learn to listen to their kids so they can be open with you and freely tell you things and the best inheritance a parent can give their children is a few munites of their time on a daily basis.
