Extensive Agile Project Management audio

Need a book to understand Agile and what it can do. Think this is one of the best out there. Comprehensive enough to be understood in spite of the technical terms. I don’t mind investing my fortunes and time in it if it means increased performance visibility and project predictability.

Quite short, but suits me fine.

This one makes a good study aid. Excellent piece. Suitable for veterans or beginners alike. For 1 hour and 48 minutes, I heard everything I need to know about Agile.

Mixed Bag, but helpful nonetheless

Very basic, but helpful. Could've probably been half the length. A lot of filler for a short book. Skip to the sections about learning and tracking. Here's my summary:

• Product roadmap (timelines, iterative)

Outstanding piece here! Now I understand how Agile Project methodology can increase a project's productivity to sucess. This comprehensive piece will take you from its fundamentals to the advance topics.

I still can't believe the project-specific benefits Agile Project Management provides. The in-depth presentation provided no room for confusion. Listened to this thrice already and I never get bored of it
