Great audio to listen to every day on my way to work. Although it can be challenging to acknowledge that you have anger management issues, this audio provides you with powerful saying to change your mindset and relax under difficult situations. I loved the narrator's voice and pacing; it was perfect for letting the affirmations sink in.
