Unexpected

I wanted a quick, free book to listen to while waiting for a book on Libby. I just picked this one without reading what it was about. There were parts I didn’t care for but it was mostly pretty good. I was unexpectedly surprised. 3.5/5

Dark, Evil, and beautiful.

Dark, Evil, and beautiful all at once! Loved the narration as well. The narrators will always make or break a good book. I loved the story line. It was suspenseful, and passionate.
Loved it.

More Snow!

This was my 1st novel by this author, though the story was good, I’m disappointed that it was not done in Duet Narration… not enough of Aiden Snow’s deep voice! Some of the steamiest scenes were narrated by the female voice and it’s sad to say that her male voice does not compare to Snow’s, not even close. I must admit I’m spoiled by Duet Narration (where each character speaks their own parts) don’t think I can listen to novels done any other way anymore :(

Not my favorite

I never felt fully connected to the characters and the story felt predictable. The spice was well done and Aiden Snow does a fantastic job. I do wish in the dual narration the female actor would say all the female lines and male actors say all the male lines instead of going back and forth. Overall, not one I would listen to again.
