Enjoyable listen

I liked this story but there were some weird things in the plot and the end seems like it’s either just unresolved or perhaps a cliffhanger except I thought this was. Standalone in an interconnected series.

The two in this book are amazing! The banter is great! I can't wait for the next book. The books are adding up to a full crescendo, with all characters. It's going places and I'll be here for it!

Winter is coming and it's a good thing

absolutely loved this book. it felt like winter warrior games fighting for love. all twisted up in a game show for a cursed King and a doppelganger love. absolutely loved the tension in this book. I have ordered book 3 and 4 in paperback because there is no audio for it. I really want to know what's happens with this curse.

I loved this one! The narration is excellent and the story is mysterious and makes you wonder what’s happening till the end. I can’t wait for the next one to come on audio.

A new favorite series. Each book is intended to be interconnected., I absolutely love the Winter Kings Regal voice! He has so much brood , sorrow, and texture. His voice pairs so well with Lori’s cautious tone and demeanor. I love that both narrators balance multiple characters. There is a bit of spice, but not too much, which makes this both a good fantasy listen, but also a fun, entertaining one as well. Can’t wait to see what AJ has in store next.
