Narration terrible

The voice/narration almost ruined it for me, but I enjoyed the story and twists. I probably would recommend the actual book for this one bc the audible voices are hard to enjoy.

Horrible Narration

One of the few audiobooks I’ve ever returned!!! The narrative is phrased badly and is so distracting that I couldn’t stand it! Shame because I think it could have been a good story!

slow story line

This is a very slow story with lots of unnecessary filler. The narration is very robotic.

Whoa! I should've read this sooner!

Amanda and Paul Davis seemingly have the perfect life, but that's so far from the truth. Amanda wants a divorce, and Paul doesn't want to give it to her because it wouldn't look good for his career. However, after an accident on the way home from a gala, everything changes, and hiding a murder while trying to keep up appearances is difficult. Something's gotta give and someone's going down, but who will it be exactly?

Did not finish

I couldn’t finish this one. The narrator is a big reason. Her annunciation and the way she dragged out certain words really pulled me out of the story. The voice she gave the detective was tough to get through. Overly dramatic and oddly pronounced. I kept thinking, who talks like that?!

Narration is completely monotone

Narration is completely monotone, making it difficult to finish the book. Had potential, but the narration ruined it.

Nice twist

I enjoyed it a lot just wish we new more on the husband at the end but it was a nice book

Bad Narration

The story was good but the narrator was really bad. Don’t try to take in the chore of doing voices if it is not your talent.

A beautiful couple

The book keeps you pulled in and engaged all the way to the end. Would definitely recommend. Love her books.

Good read

I was expecting more from the ending - what happened when or if he got released? How did she end up killing her husband. I needed more. Nice read overall
