Why do we write women like this?

1st love Tamsin always. I listened to the book because she was narrating. Now, it is almost rage inducing listening to how ignorant the thought process of the characters. She literally tells her husband to go no contact leave ya alone then a chapter later says I hope he calls or texts to explain WTAF?! anyway quit writing women stupid and weak ugh .

Great potential

The storyline was very good but the execution was terrible. Cole, the neurosurgeon, is made to look so unbelievably stupid and inarticulate that he cannot form intelligent sentences when necessary. Maddie obviously adores her husband but somehow not enough to sit down and talk and listen to him, however incoherent he is. Convoluted. Not worth the time.

Don’t they know that there’s no such thing as a perfect family??

I didn’t care very much for this novel because I so hate the “I-DIDNT-KNOW-HOW-TO-TELL-YOU” theme. But then again, had the couple not communicated, there wouldn’t have been a story. I also thought that the idea of one spouse having a mentally deranged secret admirer was a bit much. Having two was unbearable. Honestly, the last few chapters were better than the preceding chapters. It seemed that the author’s ideas were churning up a story different from the one that was started.

I couldn’t stand her constant loud inhales so I didn’t even get past the first couple chapters. Sorry…. Good book I’m sure but that ruined the listening

Did not love this "Loving Husband" book.....

Very, very, very S-L-O-W, repetitve, and eye-rolling.

Although Tamsin Kennard did a superb job with the narration, with two POVs and different timelines, the book needed a male narrator for the male POV.
