Excellent book to understand awakening path

I got so much from this book. The material covered explained is n a practical sense deep esoteric wisdom. I have been in a self healing and awakening journey and what I learned from this book help me to understand what unfolded in my own life and how it was part of the process of coming back to true self. Kala explains it in a way that is easy to understand and puts it into real life. I also love that she reads the book. Throughout the whole listening experience I felt I was in an one on one class with her. I recommend it for those looking for direction and understanding in their personal journey of self discovery.

Where does 9 Life Lessons rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

On a grade scale from A to F; I would rate this as a c+. I do believe it contains valuable spiritual truths, but the delivery leaves something to be desired. It tends to be rather redundant in spots, and in some situations slightly condescending when they suggest that the truly enlightened will gain the secret messages sprinkled throughout.

What was one of the most memorable moments of 9 Life Lessons?

Nothing that gave me that "aaa-haa" moment

Would you listen to another book narrated by Kala Ambrose?

Yes

Some good stuff, but lots of fluff.

I wanted to like it and tried hard to give it a fair chance...

But still ended up losing interest after a few chapters. Esoteric wisdom is pretty hard to find in audio books and this book isn't terrible, it simply not out-standing either. It's by no means as annoying as Sylvia Browne, but possesses many of the same qualities of smugness and an over reliance on un-named authorities.

The abundance of White Light Fluff becomes tedious very quickly. Example: the Tarot is covered breifly and the names of the trumps are listed, except for one: The Devil.

Great tips on how to repaint a room, though.

If you have a surplus of credits and are curious about this book go ahead and get it. But I doubt you'll regret skipping this one, either.

For listeners who are looking for some genuinely solid material: I cant recommend Mitch Horowitz's Occult America strongly enough.

THIS BOOK IS SUPERB!!!

This book is very useful if you are very open-minded and imaginative. This book helped me released some negative emotions I have been holding inside for years, let go off my negative ego, and allow my blessings to flow in. My life has changed for the BETTER in every way! If you can change your thinking you can change your life and this book will put you in the right direction.
