I read the book and loved it, but the audiobook made it even better! Westin Garrett’s narration is on point. He makes each character feel distinct, which makes listening super easy and immersive.

The story is a slasher style romance with step sibling tension and it totally works for me. It’s moody, intense, and keeps you hooked.

If you like dark romance with a horror edge, this one’s worth it. I’ll definitely listen again.

The story was amazing. Unfortunately the audio needed better editing. Some parts repeated. And some skipped. At 1st I thought it was audible messing up but it kept happening and I was watching the time counter when it happened a couple times, it ticked by with no issues. It was still worth the read. And still one of my top 2 favorite books by Tylor Paige.

This was just so fun. Like Paige’s other Final Girls books, this one is truly a love letter to all us horror girlies. Like its muses, the story is just ridiculous. There’s a haunted house, a killer stepbrother (who harbors a secret, forbidden love), a naive virgin, a masked killer, a cursed lineage, and smut, on smut, on smut! My favorite part though - the easter eggs and the hilarious realism. There were a few twists on The Shining characters that made me geek out, and the MMC in a Michael Myers mask was perfection. Plus, the FMC is working on a smutty romance, which is just *chef’s kiss* as we’re all reading it right there. Westin Garrett does an amazing narration as well!

Both respectfully and disrespectfully this book is deliciously devious. Wes is an amazing narrator and Ty an amazing story teller! Honestly can’t wait for the next adventure. Getting to hear this as opposed to just reading it opens up a whole new world.
