love this series

This series is full of mystery lies, secrets. suspense, betrayal, and revenge. Katherine Hawthorne has written an excellent. crime, action-packed thriller. Sin, Xander and Belle's relationship is hot, steamy and toxic. Sin and Xander will do everything to keep Belle alive, even if it is against the law.
Who to trust? People are getting tortured and murdered. Sin, Xander and Belle are a target in this multi layer plot, that kept me on the edge of my seat.
I can't express how well the narration is. Lacy Laurel, Connor Crais and James Cassidy show all the raw emotions, of love, anger, despair, and rage in this story. I could picture the performance in my mjnd. Just as each chapter unfolds in a movie. Bravo very well done.

Warning! This is a cliffhanger! I loved the story and narrators, but I refuse to buy any more books! I hate cliffhangers because they just want to make more money.

Sexy, Steamy and Sinful

I have to admit when I first started this book I thought I knew where it was going. Kind of rolled my eyes because been there done that. But as the story went on I was so happy it didn't.

Belle loses her parents and is left with a whodunit mystery. Not believing her father would do such a thing, she uses this as fuel to shape her future.

Sin and Xander, two men who have deeper ties to Belle than she knows. Are they trustworthy? Do they play a part in her past?

An amazing story full of secrets, twists, and naughty bits.

What's better than Dual POV read Audiobook? Three narrators. Lacy Laurel, Connor Crais, and James Cassidy all do an amazing job playing their respective parts.

Couldn't pause

This is the first book/series I've read/listened to by Katherine Hawthorne. This is an excellent mystery/suspense where one case is solved but another is still unsolved. Then there is the HUGE twist and cliffhanger! UGH! At least I can listen to the next book quickly!

I can't say that I'm invested in the characters as a romance...yet. Elizabeth is attracted to Alex aka Sin, but has been in love with Xander for years. Unfortunately the whole time she is fighting them or pitting each against the other. It's a bit exhausting. Did I mention the cliffhanger? It is a doozy! Cannot wait to start the next audio.

All three narrators are excellent! Their voices are easy to listen to for longer periods of time, so smooth and emotional. Great performances!!

Such a good story

The story was the goodness to get me through my shift at work. The twists that happened keep you going to know where it’s going to go.

And the cliffhanger? Top notch.

I was sent this audiobook to review and let me just say it was very much worth it. My one critique would just be that there were times where, if I wasn’t following along with my kindle, I wouldn’t be sure which character’s dialogue was being said as the narrator’s voices wouldn’t really change much between characters. But even still I listened to this one straight through and I can’t wait to see what’s gonna happen in the next book

Amazing Romantic Suspense!

This was my first Katherine Hawthorne's book and definitely won't be my last. This is the first book in the Sinful Surrender Quartet Series, an amazing Romantic Suspense. WOW! I loved it! The characters are intriguing, and well developed. Belle is strong, smart, and determined. Xander and Sin are enigmatic, alpha, dominant, and dark. They share a strong and magnetic attraction! The storyline is fast paced, suspenseful, and enthralling, filled with secrets, mystery, and twists and turns. The story ends with a cliffhanger, and I am looking forward to listen to Sensuous, the next book in the Series. Lacy Laurel, Connor Crais, and James Cassidy did an outstanding job with the narration. I love their voice together. They are perfect as Xander, Sin, and Belle. This is a great team author/narrators, and this is an excellent audio production. I HIGHLY recommend it.

Female narrators voice is INCREDIBLY ANNOYING

Connor Crais is amazing as always! However, Lacy Laurel’s way of nasally elongating every word is intolerable. I’m annoyed with myself for purchasing the full series audio before realizing I could not stand to listen to her portrayal of any of the characters.

Quite a story

spoiler alert: you have to listen to or read four books to get to the end of the story, with the first three being cliffhangers. With that being said, the story is amazing with many plot turns and twists and the characters are complex with history that is slowly revealed.
One negative comment: the female narrator has a nasaly voice that is irritating in some places. The two male narrators are excellent.

Steamy story with entertaining narration.

I had a chance to listen to the audiobook. Belle's feelings for Xander were strong, but she ignored her feelings for Alex. Both men cared very much for her. I loved how Xander and Alex realized their friendship was not their only connection to each other. This story was very steamy, full of secrets, and two alphas wanting to protect one strong woman.
The narrators, Lacy Laurel, Connor Crais, and James Cassidy, did a great job bringing these characters to life. Having known this was only the beginning of the story, they had me wanting to jump right into the next in the series.

I received a copy of the audiobook through The Hatters, and this is my unsolicited review.

Erotic, Suspenseful, Provocative

New to me author Katherine Hawthine writes a erotic, suspenseful and provocative story on the darker side of romance with epic twists of passion, lust, want, need, love and hate. I recommend it highly to anyone who enjoys story that is a fast paced, intense, captivating, addictive and extremely sensual. Her writing is dark and edgy, but still so passionate and heartfelt...you will be hooked and invested in the entire quartet. The chemistry between the Sin, Alex and Belle works on all levels .
