I have listened to a lot from this author and the plot was good, not my favorite, but still really good, but omg the accents for the alphas made me cringe every single time. Neither the male or female narrator made them any better either. Especially Gray’s French accent 🤮 but they were all pretty bad. Whoever made that decision and approved the recording should have to pay for them to re-record it. A love different accents in books, but only if the performer has had training or can do them justice, these were so fake sounding and put on that I would never listen to this again.

When I first read Just Drive, I went in expecting to dnf. I ended up loving it. The ebook quickly became one of my favorites and it took me forever to finally return it to KU after reading. The accents were a bit wonky, but I know there's no way I'd be able to do it even half as good, so it didn’t bother me as much. The emotions of the book is what draws me in and this one made me laugh out loud and literally sob, so I was slightly disappointed that it didn’t seem to translate as well to the audio like I had expected/hoped. Particularly the male parts. During chapters 69-72, I expected there to be more emotions for the alpha parts and I just didn't feel that. To me, it fell flat. Everything else was fantastic!

I love this author and the storylines she comes up with. The story was great. The narrators did an amazing job. It’s a great omegaverse story that deviates from the norm. Very unique!

I absolutely love this duo that read the book! It was a great book, but even greater performance! I was hooked from the get-go!

It was such a delight to read a story full of characters with depth and emotional intelligence. Plus, an honest view of the racing world that includes the adrenaline filled stakes and the ugly prejudices. Both narrators did an excellent job of bringing another level to the story and characters.

We have Vanessa who is the omega in the pack, she is a rookie in the formula 1 racing but she has been racing almost her whole life. She gets on a team which is a surprise to the world and is the main topic of the whole book. When she is an announced she meets Grayson in person, he is the pack leader (alpha). Then we have Beck who is an another alpha and very bossy 😉, River who is an alpha also and a racer like her. Then Elias who is the beta of the group and the mechanic.
This story goes deep into emotions and background of Vanessa. It’s not all spicy but there is some very spicy parts, It made me laugh and cry lol, yes there are a couple of sad parts in this story. It’s is a very long and large book so just keep that in mind but it’s worth every minute. I would recommend this audiobook. I really enjoy this story and the plot twists.

The story is great. I really looked forward to the audio. Unfortunately, the accents fall short of amazing, its incredibly distracting from the story. A bit of a disappointment.
