Dr. Sebastian Goff was born in Brooklyn, New York to Austrian parents. They emigrated to America just before the birth of their first child. From a young age Sebastian was very shy and introverted but was incredibly interested in fellow human beings and communication. This lead him into studying Psychology and later psychotherapy. His main reasons for this interest was to better understand himself. As he naturally learnt more he grew in confidence and developed into a strong mature man. With his own personal transformation, he gained invaluable insights into human behavior and how he could help others overcome difficult childhoods and past traumas. He continues to work as a therapist, speaker and healer supporting people in overcoming their own shortcomings so they can also grow into their best selves.
