Stella and Beck's story really hit all of my emotions. Stella is the kind of person who gives so much to others that she loses sight of what she truly wants. Losing Matt which caused Beck to come storming into her life was the best thing that could have happened to her. This story gave me every feeling and I fell head over heals for this couple and became extremely protective of them and the devils that are Matt and Karen. This was a fantastic read and I loved every minute of it. The storytelling is spot on and the story pulled at my heartstrings. Great read.

These narrators were so perfect for Beck and Stella. They really did an amazing job with the narration and the story. I felt everything through them. And those accents! Loved it! Well done!

Perfect Narration for a Perfect Story

She needed to show her ex that his actions haven't destroyed her. He needs a way to reach the one man that can aid him in putting his past in the dust. Together what started as a rouse became so much more. Wonderful characters and the narrators so bring the story to life. A great story.

Really enjoyed this book a lot. I just wish that one part I was waiting on was tied on... revelation to Henry of Beck's blood ties.

Shane East is amazing!!!! His voice is sooo sexy!!!! The story was great but the female main character was annoying towards the end.

Possible spoiler:

The thoughts she had about the male main character and his 'many women' were wrong and uncalled for...

Choppy at times. I don’t know if it was due to editing or just unfinished parts in the plot. Jumped around in places where there could have been more depth. Enjoyed the ending. Good enough to make me want to continue the series.

Good Storyline but

The heroine , interior designer Stella-develops a spine after being dumped by her cheating boyfriend, Matt, for her user friend, Karen. The hero, real estate developer, Beck, is one of a group of guys- more stories- with a backstory. Their relationship grow as their characters develop. Narration is good and story is worth listening to.

I loved this
story, Beck and Stella are excellent characters who learn from their experiences and grow individually and together throughout the book. The plot is well paced, I didn’t find myself skipping past chapters to get to the interesting bits.

The narrators have very pleasant voices that were a lovely to listen to throughout the story. Their performance was nuanced and didn’t venture into cringe territory during the sex scenes.

I would definitely recommend you give it a shot!

I found this story by looking for narration by Shane East first- I love his voice. Saskia M. has a nice voice as well. (I like the new trend of two or more narrators, though I’d like to offer feedback that I prefer the male to voice All the hero’s lines and female All the heroine’s, no matter whose POV is being narrated. Hearing two different voices of one character made me almost prefer just one narrator.
As for story, I liked the characters and idea of story a great deal. But here and there author did odd thing of one line of dialogue followed by a lot of interior thoughts, then just another line of dialogue, and another wash of more long thoughts. Ack. Let them talk! I was catching the drift just fine. Or give me thoughts later in one go.
I sound critical but there were enough intriguing and interesting scenes and meaningful plot to keep me happy enough to recommend.

I could have listen to this story forever. It was slow getting started but as it warmed up I couldn't quit. The sex scenes where sooo steamy hot too. Wishing there was a sequel and wishing these narrators would read every book because their voices are delicious.

This easily would’ve been a five star book with a different female narrator. She does sound like a smoker I’m not necessarily fond of the voice she used or she has I was able to deal with it but it took away from the story
