Nice & calm

Excellent synchronizing of harmonic background music and voice. I listen to it while I'm washing dishes or other everyday chores and I don't even notice that it's on. Yet, I know that it has boost my self esteem and uplift my mood for. the day.

You Can Do This Daily!

You can easily speak and declare these Daily Affirmations everyday; it's an easy 30 minute commitment. These Affirmations are very clear and to the point in helping you get charged and focused everyday. I like how they repeat in a softer, quieter way as you repeat the Affirmation to help you guide what to say. Thanks Audible for including this in my membership.

Very Positive overall

I enjoyed this audiobook. The affirmations were well written and spoken with good annonciation. It was then quietly repeated like an echo before the next affirmation. General enough for any goal you may have.

Quick & Worthy of your time

I love most details in life that help out minds, help improve our lives. This audio does it, YET you must listen to it on the daily for at least 30 to 90 days. It is changing mykife daily. I qm more focused, less time for drama or bs. This streamlines my thoughts, to get to the gym and work on my business strategies. Best!

Extremely Motivating

Kept putting off tackling a messy room in need of decluttering & cleaning. Played this over & over while I finally made significant headway on the room. Didn't really listen to EVERY word, however, any affirmations I did hear were both motivating & comforting.
