Excellent

Soft music in the background with soft spoken affirmations. keeps your mind focused on the spoken words. I would listen during my afternoon rest. The only downside was a lot of "and" were used in the affirmations.

Power of words

I suffer from Major Depression Disorder with PTSD listening to this is slowly helping me to reprogram my mind. I have taken the advice and listen 2 times a day moving onto 3 times. This Audible has helped me and it might help you too. Try it you have nothing to lose.

A sense of PEACE and GRATEFULNESS is what I got!
