Felt fantastic

i am so not a yoga person but I have to tell you this was absolutely fabulous. It was not what I expected at all. It was so soothing and relaxing that I would just let it play when I went to bed and fall asleep with it on. It really helped me sleep so soundly. What a great experience for "yoga".

This is The Book for yoga

I love yoga! Even if you are a beginner or not this is the perfect yoga book you need. It comes with 3 bonuses that you can get and I love how each chapter is dedicated to a different yoga focus. So you can listen and do it daily for 5 days and each time is a new thing. Highly recommended!

Great for beginners

This book is the ultimate resource for anyone and perfect for beginner. I never practiced yoga nidra before picking up this book and I found this book incredibly helpful starting place and resource. The bedtime and morning rituals are very accessible practices for beginners. The chants/mantra suggested makes this book an amazing value and helped me to understand the concepts Elena presents in each chapter. I'm very grateful for this book and this practice in my life

Great book for meditation

For the past week, I've been listening to this book. To be honest, it is one of the best books on the subject that I have ever read. I was quite busy and didn't get enough deep sleep because of that. This book has taken the stress out of everyday life and made me feel lot better.

So Amazing

"YOGA NIDRA" was so relaxing. I've always heard how yoga could help with stress and relaxation, but I guess I never really understood until now. The author makes it so easy to follow and explains the whole process. The narration is soothing and I swear I could literally feel the stress melting away. Thank you so much for this great book.

Love this! Stress levels...lowering...

Super helpful, as I am so used to yoga via videos or guided in a class. I always love experiencing the positive effects of yoga for the mind and body, and within the chapters of this book I found myself tapping deeper into the mind and meditation aspect.

It's wild how much stress work and life can really drain me, and after digging in and utilizing the practice within this book I found those stress levels reduced!

Sometimes I grab a book and it's a one time read/listen, or maybe even a once every few years kind of book. This one is different, and will be utilized quite often!

Soooo relaxing

I’m not exaggerating when I say that this might just be the most relaxing thing I’ve ever listened to. If you’re having issues with stress or anxiety, I strongly suggest trying out this audiobook. I feel so peaceful doing these meditations. It never fails to ease me into a deep sleep. Also, the narrator’s voice is very soothing and calming. Definitely perfect for meditation! You will be so relaxed.

New to yoga, I like it

I've often heard Yoga in many different contexts, and I know many people who swear by it. However, up until now, I've not given it much thought. After listening to this book, I can appreciate the subtitles of meditation and relaxation. The exercises given in the book are excellent. I plan to go through it again often. Recommended.

Loved this book

I enjoyed listening this audiobook because today it is really complicated to find time for meditation or other mindful stress reducing activities. Yoga Nidra - this kind of meditations were new to me and I found them very effective for relaxation and to "reborn". Also you will receive 3 amazing bonuses with this audiobook.

I can finally relax and de-stress!

Meditation has been something that I have found myself struggling with in the past due to not being able to relax or shut off my brain; however with this book, I have found myself being able to relax and fell fully at peace.
Each chapter begins with a chime that helps you get yourself in the right mindset and prepare your mind to go through the practice that you will be walked through in that chapter.

Moving forward I will continue to use this book over and over again to help me relax and de-stress after a hard day
