Cussing is not professional.

Don’t get me wrong. I love her message. It’s not a religious factor for me. I dont care who or if you pray. It’s rude and disrespectful for ones who do not think this way of talking kindly. It’s very distracting and meaningless for such a smart person to feel one has to speak this way. I’m saying this knowing she won’t see it as important but wanted to say it any way.

I own this in paperback and now having audio allows for soaking in all this goodness in the car, relaxing at night, anywhere on the go! So so glad to be able to immerse in this even deeper.

First time? Fair warning - have tissue close by, a totally open mind, and be genuine in your readiness to find the good, the bad and the ugly deep inside. And then CHANGE IT! Tracy cuts out all the crap, eliminates the psychobabble, and gets real in a way that leaves you with only two options; change or remain the same. Up to you. But you will be unable to remain the same without knowing that YOU are the number one reason for the place and circumstances that you live in.

I fully recommend this to anyone that needs a kick in the a$$ and then a big hug. Someday maybe this will be a required curriculum in our colleges. I sure wish it had been available to me long ago.
