Menopause happens, whether we invite it not withstanding. So many of us would rather avoid thinking about it, or leave it up to our doctors to "solve" it, but that's not the only option!
This book bundle reminds us that menopause is a natural process, and there are natural solutions that often work better than medical intervention. It isn't preachy or trying to sell anything. It's practical support, with suggestions of daily habits that make menopause easier to manage. It also offers some insight into HRT, and helps women make informed decisions and ask relevant questions of their healthcare providers. I especially like the bonus of the Hormone Balancing Revolution for Women, with it's natural remedies and charming recipes!
The suggestions I took from this bundle are very doable, and it's made a significant difference for me. I came to this book bundle late in my menopause journey, but I still learned so much! Now I've recommended it to several friends.

Super useful!
This was a super complete guide for people wanting a more holistic approach to menopause. I found the techniques explained really eye opening, I was made to believe that only artificial hormones could be used for the relief of menopause so I was positively surprised when I learnt about these. The author has done an extensive research and talks about the reasons behind some symptoms which makes you feel very seen and understood. I recommend for anyone going through this phase or being close to someone with the symptoms.

Great up to date information
Great information for trying to handle things more naturally. We live in a world where we tend to look for pharmaceutical help but in reality there is plenty of help we can give ourselves more naturally. The author has combined 2 amazing books into one that gives you plenty of information on how you can help ease your menopausal symptoms and hormonal imbalances. Great to listen to and full of information that I found to be extremely useful.
