Esta es realmente una gran colección de ciencia, hechos y métodos para mejorar nuestra forma de pensar y nuestro cuerpo físico que es totalmente única e informativa. El libro explica lo fácil que es aplicar estos métodos en nuestra vida diaria (por ejemplo, incluso durante nuestras duchas diarias). Como fanático de Tony Robbins, escuché que se sumergió en agua helada para llevar su forma de pensar al límite, y también soy fanático de Wim Hoff, así que este fue un gran libro para mí.
