Excellent

This is an excellent tape for weight loss and exercise motivation. I can hear the Hypnotists voice in my head all day motivating me. Very Helpful

This is working for me. It wouldn't if I weren't open to it. I haven't weighed myself, so I can't answer that yet but I have been waking up more rested, only eating when I am hungry and using better-coping skills. Weight Loss Hypnosis

Joining a weight loss program isn't enough for me. By doing that I would be going through the motions only to gain it all back, like many times before. I need to be reprogrammed. This audiobook is helping me little by little to make the mental changes that are necessary to have a successful weight loss.
