Publisher's summary

For all who survived the evacuation of Earth, the danger is just beginning.

Earth is nothing but a memory for the former flight mechanic turned reluctant hero Taft Gaurdia, and the girl he loves, the determined Kaytha Morrow. Six years after winning a battle against the evil Sint Argum and his military might on Mars, no one has seen or heard anything from the inhabitants of the red planet since.

During a search and salvage mission at the space graveyard near Saturn, an unknown threat attacks! Is this the return of the ruthless Sint Argum and DeCorp or a new enemy emerging?

Taft, Kaytha and their friends must now unravel the mystery and protect their home on Xima before it’s too late.

Secrets will be revealed in Embark, Book 2: Treasure in Darkness in the sci-fi space opera series by Jon “Justice” LoGiudice.

Amazing 2nd book in the series! Great Saga cont.

Wow! The first Embark book was amazing, exciting, and a blast to read. This second book in the series is even more fun and exceeds all expectations as the bonds between the friends strengthen and new characters are introduced. The story line is fascinating and unique; yet not overly complex or difficult to follow. This makes the books great for readers of any age. The author Jon Justice has awesome story writing ability. He's descriptive and paints clear pictures of the developing scenes. Whether it's a riveting battle between the opposing space ships or a heartfelt scene between the main characters Katha and Taft. Justice has the perfect balance of describing the developing story and keeping interest and yet is not long winded or going on about unimportant details. The thing I like most in the book series is the stories build on each other and have very plausible technology incorporated. The fact that things like hyper speed, laser weapons, gravity generators, etc will probably soon exist helps keep peak interest. Also, the story lines themselves are exciting and unique. Nothing like I have read or viewed in a science fiction movie or book before. I highly recommend this book and the Embark series.
