Motivating & Informative

Looking for a little motivation to stay committed to a healthier lifestyle? This book is for you. It's brief and I loved the audiobook as I could listen in the day as I did errands and things around the house. I'm not a doc but the info accords with what I'm told by my doc and the book regularly suggests working with a doc on complex issues.

What to do?
Eat healthier - specific suggestions
Get exercise - how to fit it into the week
Get sleep - as I've gotten older I've realized how important this is
Destress

It's not revolutionary info but it is info that is good to put into place every day. This book fits right in there as a motivator with good, solid info!

I listen to a lot of books and I usually listen to books at 1.5 speed and I'm quite adept at understanding them. This one is no exception. The narrator is clear and easy to understand as well.
