Legit

Quick. Effective. To the point. You have to try it. All you need is a desire to quit and an open mind.

Book is certainly not as in-depth as others of card’s, but hits the major points necessary. Not sloppy like some reviews say. Just brief and to the essence.

Worked easily and enjoyably for me.

I no longer crave caffeine.

I think this audiobook did it. I was skeptical about its effectiveness but I pushed through it all in under 2 hours.
Take the bad reviews with a grain of salt.
I am free.

My 3rd Easy Way Book - They Work

I used the easy way method to stop drinking over 1.5 years ago. Unfortunately, it took this long for me to realize that there were so many other Easy Way books. I’m now free from sugar addiction, which I previously had my entire life. And caffeine addiction, which I’ve suffered from for 20 years. No more. When you understand what caffeine really is and that it provides no benefits while doing you a lot of harm, no longer makes sense to consume it. And you are free :)

Beyond helpful

This is the 3rd Allen care book I’ve finished and I can honestly say I’ve had 100% success rate with all of them. 120% recommend this book if you want to quit caffeine!

No real reason that coffee is harmful rather than beneficial.

No mention of decaf coffee ln the audiobook.
Fructose is more harmful to the liver than caffeine.
