Great book

Loved It!!!!
I found out its poison its been two weeks and I have no Desire to drink again

this book changed my life

I have know that I've had a drinking problem and wanted to quit for 10+ years but was stuck thinking I just need to cut back or it's a reward for working out, eating healthy or any other excuses I could think of. This book opened my mind to the Industry profiting off my drinking and the societal brainwashing. I'm not giving up anything because alcohol gives me nothing. I'm freeing myself from being a slave to this addictive poison. I am never going to drink another drop of alcohol for the Rest of my life and I'm excited and look forward to a longer,healthier and happier life.

Great book about seeing alcohol for what really is.

I recommend this book a because it shows the ilusión and the brain washing of alcohol, I’m 23 days sober and this book has been of great help I will remain a non drinker the rest of my life. Good luck everybody out dealing with the little monster call alcohol.

Completely changed how I view alcohol

As a person who has struggled with alcohol and substance addiction for 10 years and have tried to quit for the past 3, having stopped drinking for 2,3 sometimes 4 months straight. I am confident now that I will never touch a drop of alcohol again given it’s brought me nothing but heartbreak, financial troubles and nearly ruined my life. I feel like I have been reborn after listening to this in 2 days and recommend it to anyone who wants to regain control over their life and become the happiest version of themselves in this life!!!

I’ve been struggling for years and like the other review have tried to cut back or cold turkey it, but I always came back to my comfort zone.

This book is great (though a bit repetitive). I listened to it on my way to and during an all inclusive vacation and I did drink when there, but much less than I normally would have. When I got home, I quit.

I have read and listened to many books on this topic but always felt hopeless to change afterward. Not this time. Allen Carr’s Easy Method has made me feel elated and strong. I’m excited to start my new life as a nondrinker!
