Good information but repetitive

I was hoping for a little bit more information about the details of the day today lives of the people who live in the Blue zone, especially in today's times. This was good information but quite repetitive at times. I was hoping for more detailed plan of action.

Short rehash of previous books

Good for newcomers to the concept of blue zones who want a short and concise summary of what blue zones are and how to get some of the benefits. however to someone who's read previous books in the series this simply reuses a lot of the same information that you've already read before. Perhaps only 2% new content.
