A great book

A wonderful book that I found to be developmental and maturative for a young man coming of age such as myself. I found this book highly relatable and generally well written. I further highly recommend this book.

Evidence-based way to eat

Great short summary of the main points of eating plant based. Well worth the listen. I have reaped many of the benefits talked about myself and hope we all can eat healthier and save our environment from the ravages of factory farming.

Good read for beginners and beyond
