Must Listen!

This is a great book and I highly recommend it! Some things I've heard before, others were all new. Part of what impressed me though was the science behind things we know to be good, healthy behavior. I strongly recommend this book as essential reading. It's kind of a user manual for how to optimize our body and mind.
