Great book
After being negatively impacted by a past relationship this book has been a breath of fresh air. It takes you on a transformative journey to help you move on from anxious behaviours and open yourself up to love. The book explains what anxious attachment is and helps you to see it from an outside perspective. There are some great strategies to work through the anxiety and help you to come out the other side

Remove Overthinking and Anxiety for Good!
I just finished listening to “Anxious Attachment” and it is a real eye opening listen for anyone experience anxious behaviors with the significant other in your life. It really is a transformative journey towards self healing and opening yourself up to amazing loving relationships. I am very guilty of overthinking, so I was excited to listen to this audiobook and I learned fabulous strategies for rewiring my thoughts and focusing on a belief system that encompasses empowerment. It’s been a truly amazing experience and journey for me so far and I can’t wait to see how much more my relationships can improve with my new confidence and thinking!!

This is a good resource for dealing with anxiety and worry. This book offers simple, practical solutions to improve your relationships with others and with yourself. However, it isn’t a quick fix and you will have to put in the work. The attachment styles was interesting and helped me to understand myself better and address my underlying issues.

This book discusses many aspects of anxiety and relationships such as attachment styles in relationships, breaking this cycle of anxious attachment, recovering from the attachment, healing from past relationships, and creating and maintaining new relationships that are healthy. It is possible to let go of overthinking in a relationship, one just has to be mindful. If you are ffearful and insecure, you will probably have difficulty in relationships. Learn how to work through that with this book!
