Deeply insightful and transformative
This book was recommended to me by my coach and is an immensely powerful text. It accessibly and powerfully breaks down the symptoms of our usual daily unhappiness, clearly defines where they come from and most critically - provides clear instructions on what to do about it.
The instructions are simple in language but difficult in action - a lifetime of practice and awareness and intention is necessary to life a free life. But the clarity with which I emerged from having completed the book is quite extraordinary.

Explanations are clear, sometimes humorous. I don't agree with other reviews that say there are no instructions for practice. They probably missed them because their minds were chatting too loudly... 😄 Recommend reading. Very interesting.
