Great information, but heavy on God at the end
Great information and concepts with great visual interpretation of what is going on in your mind. I picked up the book on a recommendation and I wasn't expecting so much about God with bible verses towards the end. It is not bad if you are a believer, I will just be cautious who I recommend the book to because of it.

What a great book of reminders and understanding!
Michael has a great way of presenting how aspects of many paths unify is a very simple and straightforward way, and how you can use the wisdom in these teachings to guide you into a tangible state of clarity and interconnection that brings more vibrance to life. And the narration is expressive but balanced, with obvious intention in their inflection. I would definitely recommend this title to others!

logical explanations to abstract life concepts
the author has tremendous knack for explaining how to "let it go" and live unbothered by life/world tribulations and find comfort and joy in every moment. filled with ah-hah moments and so easy to follow. the narrator sounds just like Michael Douglas btw...

Push through to the end, it's worth it
I won't lie I was not 100% sold on this read/listen at first. The narrators voice made me sleepy and made it a little hard to focus initially but I stuck with it and was able to adjust to it. The last 5 chapters or so were VERY enlightening for me and made the whole book worth it. Definitely worth a listen.
