The message presented in this audiobook is really powerful. It is about self acceptance in order to get to your best self. This makes sense to me when someone else says it. You can't become your best version by trying to become someone you are not. You need to work on YOU and bringing out the best version of the real you.
I found the music pleasing and the guidance was some sound advice. It was relaxing and I took away from it that I really am enough. You can accept yourself as you are while still working to further your own enlightenment. Spiritual growth is important, but so it self love. Beautiful meditation.
I love how this makes you really look at yourself... and accept what is there. And look at your life, and accept how it is even if you want to change things. We should be happy regardless of circumstance, or self criticism. Thank you for this wonderful audio.

begins with common knowledge items for a few minutes, then nothing but the sound of rain. chapter 2 starts the same... then ends the same. all the chapters are actually the same lame chapter reheated. this non-book shouldn't even exist.
