    If you could sum up Mindfulness Meditation: Learn How to Be Happy Living in the Moment in three words, what would they be?

    This guided meditation session was exactly what I needed after a stressful and hectic morning. It slowly and gently guides you through an hour long meditation session, putting you in a relaxed state almost immediately. If you don't have an hour to spare for meditation, then you NEED this mediation audiobook--because no one is too busy for peace of mind. I view this audiobook as a life saver when it comes to bringing me down from a hectic schedule.
